Mrs. Abigail Asolange Harlley, the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of AI Energy Group has over two decades of perfectly blended leadership and business management experience gained from Ghana’s financial sector, Governmental and Non-Governmental Authorities and International Organizations where she served in various management capacities in Credit Administration, Industrial Management and Business Development amongst others.

As an astute business minded individual, Mrs. Harlley is the custodian of the AI Group’s strategic vision responsible for crafting and implementation of robust corporate objectives geared at building a formidable and sustainable force within the oil and gas industry in Ghana.

She is a graduate of the University of Ghana Business School where she attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance & Banking Option) and an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurial Management & Development. In addition she is a holder of a Certificate in Security Trading from the Ghana Stock Exchange and part qualification from the Association of Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB). Her vast exposure has been further enhanced with her participation in numerous conferences and workshops such as Energy Institute’s International Petroleum (IP) Week - London; Offshore Technology Conferences (OTC) - Houston, USA; Red Sea and Gulf Bunkering Conference (RESCON) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Oxford Bunker Course (by Petrospot) and the 34th  International Bunker Conference in Sweden to name a few.

With this wealth of varied experience, exposure, educational background coupled with her strong leadership and business acumen, the Group has become a force to reckon with in both the Downstream and Upstream of Ghana’s Oil and Gas Industry.
