
Mrs. Abigail Asolange Harlley is the Chief Executive Officer of AI Energy Group, a wholly owned indigenous Ghanaian entity which was transformed from a logistics and support services company into a multiple subsidiary indigenous oil marketing Group, with unrivaled expertise in the downstream, midstream and upstream petroleum industry in Ghana.
Abigail is a graduate of the University of Ghana Business School with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Finance & Banking Option) and an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and Development. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration.
She has participated in numerous conferences and workshops such as the 2017 Ghana Energy Summit; the 2017, 2016 and 2015 Energy Institute’s International Petroleum (IP) Week in London; the 2016 Petrospot’s Maritime Week in Accra, Ghana; the 2016 Oxford Bunkering Course in London, the UK; 2016, 2015, 2014 Offshore Technology Conferences (OTC) in Houston, USA; the 2014 Red Sea and Gulf Bunkering Conference (RESCON) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the 2013 Thirty-Fourth International Bunker Conference in Sweden.
Mrs. Harlley has to her credit a vast wealth of experience spanning over two decades in Ghana’s Banking and Financial Institutions, Governmental and Non-Governmental Authorities, and International Organizations, where she served from administrative secretary roles rising to managerial roles in the areas of industrial management, credit administration and management, business development consultancy, amongst others.
Her strong commitment to attaining excellence urges her to be an advocate for creating a conducive work environment through strict adherence to international standards and best practices leading to the company’s certification by Trace International since 2013 and attain the enviable ISO 9001:2018 certification by TUV Intercert Saar, a feat it attained on its very first attempt. AI Energy Group is currently finalizing steps to upgrade its ISO Integrated System to a 45001.
Under her able leadership, AI Energy Group has sited fuel service stations in the Greater Accra, Central, Volta, Upper East, Brong Ahafo and Western Regions– expanding the picturesque skyline of Sekondi with the state-of-the-art office complex; with plans to imprint her footprints to the rest of the country in the near future.

This has made the company she leads the preferred Bunkering Services Provider for offshore, anchorage and onshore services in Ghana today.
