Mrs. Eva Richter-Addo the Chief Corporate Services Officer is an experienced HR Practitioner with over twenty (20) years’ experience in Human Capital Management and Development, Electronic Commerce, Corporate Communications and Customer Service garnered from her career in the banking sector and management consultancy. Having worked at KPMG, Zenith Bank and the Agricultural Development Bank, Eva has a proven track record in strategic human resource planning & management with a sound awareness of team dynamism and strategic decision making. She is a skilled strategist who transforms plans into workable solutions and benchmarks key performance metrics against key operational targets and goals.
As a member of the Agricultural Development Bank’s Executive Management team and as a commanding force in strategic planning and execution, in line with her track record, she contributed significantly to moving the Bank to a profit making position in 2016 to a profit position in 2017.During her time at Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited, where she spent over ten (10) years as a pioneer member of the Executive Management Team in charge of Corporate Services with oversight responsibility for HR, Corporate Communications, Service Quality, E-business & Cards Services functions, Eva contributed enormously to the Bank moving from a loss position of GHS2.9million in 2006 to a profit position of GHS200million in 2014.
Eva is a holder of an LLB (Honors) degree from the reputable University of Ghana and an Executive MBA (Human Resource option) from the Business School in the same institution, Eva’s academic competence has been further enriched with her participation in several leadership and strategic management executive education programmes in renowned institutions such as London Business School, London School of Economics and MEIRC Dubai to name a few. She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners. (IHRMP) Ghana and an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD-UK).
